In 2019 Lliria became one of the UNESCO’s Creative Cities, for its musical importance, history and category. This event’s fifth anniversary could not be celebrated any other way than with a concert, celebrated last November 29th in the Auditorium of Lliria’s Professional Conservatory.
NEXUS TRIO, formed by Aitor Llimerá (oboe), Borja Llimerá (piano) and Javi Guna (percussion); surprised us with a repertoire that merged musical tradition with contemporary sounds, gathering pieces and sounds by artists such as Bach, Haendel, Marcello, Riley, Glass, Nymann and Llimerá.
